The YMCA Retirement Fund liked the service offered by 401k Loans, but wanted to
integrate the process into their own website. The goal was to offer YMCA
employees a simple, painless experience without having to navigate multiple
websites.
The integration needed to include the ability for YMCA employees to seamlessly
move between the YMCA Retirement Fund and 401k Loans web sites behind a
single secure login. 401k Loans was also asked to make their website look
like YMCA's.

401k Loan's challenge was three fold:

Recognize YMCA Users already logged into their website when they arrive they
arrive at the 401k Loans website

To answer the challenges presented by the 401k Loans and YCMA integration,
IntelliSoft turned to Web Services provided by Microsoft's .NET platform.
When an employee logs into the YMCA Retirement Fund website and requests a loan
against their 401k, a secure XML web service is initiated and sent to 401k
Loans.

The web service includes an identity token which informs 401k Loans that the
user has already logged in to the YMCA website.

It also contains all of the employee information 401k Loans will need to
process the loan application

401k Loans designed a set of web templates which match the YMCA website, and
display these templates to YMCA users

With 401k Loans as the loan engine, the YMCA Retirement Fund now offers their
thousands of employees world wide a fast and simple way to borrow from their
retirement fund.
And 401k Loans has made a large customer very happy.
